Terms and Conditions
By making a booking at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment for your stay. Payment must be made in advance to secure your reservation.
Cancellations

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are entitled to a full refund.

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made via email. We will respond to your request within 7 days.

Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the nominated bank account within 14 days. Please note that the refunded amount may be affected by currency conversion rates, transaction fees, and commissions, all of which will be passed on to the guest.

Refund Method: Refunds are not issued in cash, nor will they be processed in-person at the hotel.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations received within 7 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund. If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider for assistance.
Pets

No Pets in Rooms: Pets are not permitted in our guest rooms at any time.

Pets on Property: Pets are allowed on the property, provided they are on a leash and well-supervised. We reserve the right to request that pets be removed from the property at our discretion if they cause any disruption or discomfort to other guests.
At the Time of Booking
By confirming your booking, it is assumed that all guests have reviewed and agree to these terms and conditions.
Card Payments

International Card Payments: All international card payments are subject to a 3% service fee, as charged by our bank.

Local Card Payments: There is no fee for card payments made with Indonesian-issued bank cards.
Guests

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per room is 2.

Age Restrictions: No guests under the age of 12 are allowed.
Service & Tax

Service Charge: Your booking includes a service charge for our staff and a tax as per government regulations.
Maintenance

We strive to maintain the highest standards in our boutique hotel. Occasionally, we may face maintenance issues beyond our control, and we will do our best to resolve them in a timely manner and with minimal disruption to your stay.
